This package is perfect for the business owner who wants to be more hands-on with the financial insights of their business. Access to business bank and credit card accounts is preferred. Sheabo exclusively used QuickBooks Online.
Full Service Bookkeeping
Everything in the Basic Bookkeeping package is included here plus:
- Accounts Receivable Services (invoicing and follow-up)
- Accounts Payable Services
- Monthly Strategy Sessions
- Unlimited transactions
This package is designed for business owners who need a broader range of services and assistance. AR & AP requires more communication throughout the month and may require additional software application subscription costs as well.

- An Intuit QuickBooks Quick Review is a short overview of your bank accounts, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
- A Complete Diagnostic Review is an in-depth assessment that allows me to spend some time looking through your books to provide feedback and make recommendations for the best way to move forward.

The Basic Bookkeeping package can start as low as $150 per month.
Full Service Bookkeeping can start as low as $500 per month.
However, the cost of services will vary depending on the number of monthly transactions, the number of accounts, and the types of services requested.
Catch-up or clean-up costs are determined by the months or years needing to be processed and the estimated time required to complete the project.
A Quick Review takes about 15 - 20 minutes and is done free of charge.
A Complete Diagnostic Review is a one-time cost of $150.
